An ongoing investigation into popular culture. The project explores
and reflects culturally significant pop culture artifacts of film, music, design and texts.
When each pop reference is disassociated from it's original context the anchorage and its associations may be lost. As a result the image and reference lead to no specific destination. The aim of the project is to
build a wall of cultural awareness, engaging the audience with popular culture and
bringing significant lost works to a new audience, giving each
reference a new context and situation to exist in.
